Role:

A true master of digital marketing and customer relations, the Web Consultant’s main role is to meet the needs of our customers. They will be required to ensure the proper execution of projects in development that have been assigned to them, and that our customers are satisfied with the delivered services (websites, mobile applications, modules,...). He/She will also ensure that all steps are carried out correctly, within the deadline and to the expected level of quality.

Responsibilities:

Discuss the customer’s needs with him to ensure these are properly understood
Check the feasibility of the client's project
Ensure that Linkeo’s offer matches the customer’s contract
Establish the specifications for the production teams (writers, SEO, webmasters)
Monitor and supervise production operations in accordance with the specifications
Ensure that all stages of the project run smoothly, within the deadlines and with the expected level of quality
Manage the project until the delivery of the finished product to the client
Provide support and a point of contact for customer (regular calls to customers)
Carry out all final checks before delivery to the customer
Ensure the performance of the site (SEO strategy, choice of keywords/localities) and customer satisfaction
Be a driving force in improving the processes and methods used
Report regularly to the Web Consultant Manager

Required skills:

Higher education in Marketing / Communication / Internet / IT
At least 3 years of experience in a similar field
Advanced knowledge of SEO / SEM / Google Ads certifications
Experience in web project management
Bilingual French / English with a perfect command of the English language (oral and written)
Fluent in webmarketing communication (written / oral)
Excellent Interpersonal skills, dynamism, leadership
Rigorous, organized and reactive
