Location: Quatre Bornes

The role:

International recruitment: sourcing, head-hunting, pre-selection and proposal of sales representatives’ profiles for our offices based in Canada, US and Australia.


  • Preparation and posting of job adverts
  • Sourcing and head-hunting of relevant sales profiles
  • Screening and preselection of CVs from different job portals
  • Organise and conduct phone interviews
  • Regular follow ups with managers on the recruitment progress
  • Dashboards / Reporting

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Minimum a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel etc).
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as recruiter/head-hunter
  • Excellent analytical and phone interviewing skills.
  • Soft skills: organising, negotiation, persuasion and interpersonal skills
  • Full professional proficiency in ENGLISH and FRENCH (written and spoken)

Working Hours:

40 hours of work weekly. Monday to Friday 4pm – 1am as follows:

  • 4pm – 8pm / 5pm – 9pm at the head office in Quatre-Bornes
  • Work from home for the remaining 4 hours
